It’s currently 5.27 in the morning, I’m coming back from a nice party with a friend from Lyon (Cyril for the ones who know him), and in few hours, I’m leaving to the north, in Québec first, for only 13 canadian dollars. I’ll travel with a man who is driving to Québec, thanks to the rideshare system AlloStop. This is not yet very clear in my mind but I’ll probably go in a few days to Tadoussac (around 5 hours driving in the north from Québec) in order to see whales. And there is also a lot of protected natural zone around. I need nature. And I need to be lost in it. To face the coldest temperatures (I’m expecting -20°C with snow according friends of mine who have ever been there). Before this trip, here is a new video of my past two days in Montréal. Today, let’s discover Montréal with some new friends of mine (these little squirrels that I love so much !). It’s already my 4th day here and i will have to leave soon. I’m planning to travel to Québec this week end thanks to a nice rideshare company called AlloStop. 18.07 (French time) I’m writting these few lines in the middle of the Atlantic, on my way to Montréal. I had a very short night (a real sleepless one, but anyway, thanks to Irmark for her couch !), since I was very excited and in the same time quite stressed by such a long journey. I took the time before leaving the see the ones I love…Many thank to all of you. It’s a real strange feeling to know that the project starts from NOW, after all the time that I spent preparing it. I would like to thank you all of you for your support from the beginning, for your words. You are a part of this adventure, and all of this just gives me energy. I’ve never felt such excited by a travel (OK, it’s a HUGE one) and in a same time, I must confess that I also feel scared about it. But it’s a great feeling to know that I’ve finally started to realize this dream, and I felt proud of myself when I have to enter the Boeing 310 (where the security guys asked me to turn off the camera..) with my new huge scarf (I’m expecting -10°C in Montréal, we will see it in very few hours). At the Charles de Gaulle Airport this morning, I’ve heard so many funny accents, it was like I was already arrived…A video is coming very soon, stay tuned people !

Today, I wanted to share with you a story that really touched me. Few days ago, Emeline, a french young girl, contacted me through the blog. We started to talk about my project and travelling in general. Emelyne then told me that her dream was to travel the world with her boyfriend.

Travelling should be open to anyone, shouldn’t it ? To use a wheelchair can limit some of your activities, but will never kill a travelling spirit ! I’m really proud of these two people from Montpellier (France). They are really brave and have a real challenge to face. So please GO FOR IT ! Start to build a sponsorship report, contact companies…but never give your project up !

Emeline also told me about this interesting website called Envie d’Agir which helps young people projects. I’m loving their Emelyne’s project and i definitelly think they should contact such organizations I promise I will help you soon in building your dream.
